Where: Covered basketball court at Chávez Elementary School, 2400 Walker Rd NE, Salem, OR 97305

Please park in the front parking lot and walk to the back of the school to the covered area.  If you need to drop someone off, you can use the bus lane, but will need to park in front.

When: Saturday, June 5th

Time: 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Cost: $10.00/person

• The court is asphalt, so please wear the appropriate shoes
• Please bring your own water and chair (no glass bottles)
• If you can bring correct change, that would be awesome, or you can prepay using the donate button on the CVS website (see below)...just add a note to your payment.  We can also do credit card payments that day.
• We will have a port-a-potty and a hand washing station (and plenty of hand sanitizer)
• We will require that everyone sign in, for contact tracing
